<p>* I can honestly say that you are true to your word. I called you with a little apprehension because of the way I was treated by other agents. I was promised empty promises, lied to numerous times, and even avoided at all costs by other agents because of our credit history. You told us what needed to happen from first to last and we achieved our goal of bettering our credit in no time. You told us to be patient and that you would be there for us at when we were absolutely ready to start looking at homes.</p>
<p>* (LOYAL): you stood by our side throughout the ENTIRE process. We started working with you after I had tried a few things to get our credit on track. You gave us some helpful hints and people to contact. Even between talking with credit specialist, you remained in close contact with us by email, phone calls and texts. You worked with us from beginning to end and with every process in between. When there was a problem, you were quick to help us solve it. Even when we FINALLY began the home searching process, you dealt with our extreme pickyness and outrageous schedules on when to meet at a home. You were incredibly flexible and always showed up with a smile on your face.</p>
<p>* Extremely Informative and Knowledgeable. Every time we had a question regarding the market or about certain terms or credit issues, you always had an answer or someone to lead us to that could get us the answer. You didn&#8217;t just speak out of term and tell us what you thought we&#8217;d want to hear. If we had a question about something particular at one of the homes we were looking at, you immediately had the information on hand or called us back in the same day to keep us informed.</p>
<p>* Very organized and helpful. From the get go, we told you that we wanted an OLDER home. You didn&#8217;t try to sway us to purchase new new new! You LISTENED to our wants and respected that even though we shared many laughs about old wallpaper and appliances. <img src='http://myfreehomesearches.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  You lined up a list of older homes and as we treacherously drug you from 2012 all the way back to the 70&#8242;s with us, you stood proud and that smile never left your face! You were awesome about helping us with documents and got them to us immediately. You stayed on top of me when I seemed to be losing my head in all the paperwork and guided me through it with such ease!</p>
<p>The list could go on for miles about how much you helped us. Not only did you have a wonderful personality, you have an incredible work ethic that exceeded our expectations. Every time we needed you, you were there. Even for the simplest of things. Our appreciation for you and all your hard work will remain with us for a lifetime.
